Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To return an item:
- Contact us at sales@thinktastic.com.au with your return request.
- Your return request will be approved or declined within 5 business days
- Once approved, your item needs to be sent to the following address (at your own cost):
Unit 8, 25 Stoddart Road, Prospect, NSW 2148
- Upon receipt of your returned item it will be inspected and your refund of the original item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
