The food of Mexico is among our favourites, especially for kids who just love to eat anything in a soft wrap, a hard taco shell or with corn chips.

When it comes to cooking Mexican, tacos, burritos and nachos are probably the beginning and end of our repertoire. But Mexican cooking is actually pretty easy - and so versatile.
